Here is my first attempt at making blings float. If it is of any use to you, be my guest and snag. The first frame is for positioning purposes ... just delete it when you've placed the bling. Tutorialists ... if you should wish to play ... no TOU ... but a link for MsKris to PSS would be most appreciated. Enjoy.
